We ensure that our subcontractors provide sufficient guarantees regarding data security and compliance with applicable regulations. They have access only to the data necessary to perform their services and are not authorised to process your data for other purposes.

Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities, legal professionals, or court officers to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Can my personal data be transferred outside the European Union?

Your personal data may be transferred to subcontractors located outside the European Union for the purposes listed above.

To prevent identity fraud, we may request identity verification, such as a scanned copy of your ID or passport.

We will respond as soon as possible and no later than one month from the date of receipt of your request.
